Although I am a passionate reader of books, magazines, and blogs, I had never considered creating my own website. After another madcap situation, my friends laughingly suggested I start a blog. I dismissed it because: a) There are so many; why would anyone read mine?, b) My daily adventures may be considered pretty mundane, and c) Who has time for that? I have a family, friends, a husband who travels, mischievous four-year-old twins, a job, a goal to write a novel, and so many books to read, too little time.

After much persuasion from friends and a little bit of liquid courage though, I have decided to go for it. Welcome to my venture into the blogging world! I hope you find something here that inspires you or tickles your funny bone.
